Legal
Privacy Policy
We keep this short and plain. Last updated September 2026.
1. Who we are
FullBook (“we”, “us”) installs patient acquisition systems for established health clinics. This policy explains what information we collect through this website (acqflow.io), why we collect it, and what happens to it.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at hello@acqflow.io.
2. What we collect
Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our quiz and Clinic Growth Scorecard (for example your clinic type, monthly revenue band, marketing budget and team size). If you book a call, the booking details are handled by our calendar provider.
Technical information: pages visited, referring page, and standard analytics data such as approximate location, device and browser type. If you arrive through an ad, we may also capture campaign parameters (for example utm_source) so we know which campaign introduced you.
3. Why we collect it
We use your information to: respond to your enquiry and prepare for your call; send you the materials you asked for; follow up by email, phone or text about our services; and improve the site and our marketing.
If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful bases are consent (when you submit a form) and legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and running our marketing). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our funnel on our behalf:
• GoHighLevel — our CRM, which stores your details, powers our booking calendar and sends our follow-up communications.
• Our email and analytics providers, who process data strictly to deliver their service to us.
These providers act under contract and only process your data on our instructions.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to work with you, and afterwards for a reasonable period so we don't contact you about something already resolved. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and local storage needed to make it work — for example remembering your quiz progress so you can pick up where you left off.
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure page visits and when someone submits an enquiry form, for ad measurement and to optimise our Meta advertising. Meta receives your browsing activity on this site, device and browser information, and cookie identifiers. In the UK, EU and Switzerland the Pixel only loads after you click Accept on our cookie banner; we keep a record of your choice, when you made it, and the notice shown.
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the site footer, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or ask us to stop contacting you — just email hello@acqflow.io and we will action it promptly.
If you are in the UK or EU and unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), the UK's data protection regulator.
8. Security
Your data is stored with reputable providers using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the FullBook team who need it to do their job.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page with an updated date. The policy was last updated in September 2026.
