1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of this website (acqflow.io) — including the growth quiz, the Clinic Growth Scorecard and the booking process — operated by FullBook (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Working with us as a client is governed separately by the agreement we sign together; nothing on this website forms a contract for services.

2. The site and its content

The content on this site is for general information about our services. It is not professional, medical, financial or legal advice, and results described are examples of what our system is designed to achieve, not a promise of what your clinic will achieve.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and don't guarantee it will always be complete, up to date or uninterrupted.

3. The quiz, scorecard and assessments

The growth quiz and Clinic Growth Scorecard are self-assessment tools. Your results are an estimate based on the answers you give — they are not an audit of your clinic and should not be relied on as one.

You agree the answers you submit are your own and are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4. Booking a call

Booking a strategy call through the calendar creates an appointment, not a contract. Calls are first-come, first-served and we hold one slot per clinic at a time. We may reschedule or decline a call if we don't believe our system is a fit for your clinic.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; scrape, copy or reuse the site's content or code without permission; interfere with the site's operation; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Full Book Method, this site's copy, design, and all related materials are owned by FullBook. You may share links to the site freely, but you may not reproduce or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost revenue or lost patients resulting from reliance on quiz or scorecard results or other site content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party services (such as our booking calendar). We are not responsible for those services; their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
